We love smoothies and Spirulina (obviously!)…Try this minty, chocolaty, Vegan, Gluten-free smoothie packed with a plant-based protein punch!

Serves 1
1 banana, frozen
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 cup cauliflower, frozen
1 small handful mint, fresh leaves
1 large scoop of collagen protein or your favorite plant-based protein
2/3 cup almond milk
Chia seeds
1 tsp of Superlina Spirulina Powder

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Purée until smooth
Pour into glasses
Top with extra mint leaves and chia seeds
